Echonet Development Schedule The development schedule for ECHONET has been divided into three phases: the first is to establish basic ECHONET technologies, the second is to promote adoption of ECHONET and the third is to create a market for ECHONET Phase 1 Establishing the Foundation The Consortium first established a foundation for the network consisting of key software and hardware components. Phase 2 Promoting Adoption Based on these infrastructure technologies, the Consortium enhanced functions to help service providers to develop the systems. Phase 3 Developing the Market The Consortium is strengthening the foundation to develop the market.
